About Us

We are a registered NDIS provider in Perth, the South West and Kimberley supporting NDIS participants to develop and use their plan in a way that reflects their needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Our solid foundations of social work enable us to acknowledge systemic barriers and marginalisation when understanding the needs of an individual with disability. We believe it gives us an edge as NDIS Specialist Support Coordinators while providing person-centred and values-driven support to help NDIS participants achieve their goals.

Functional Capacity Assessments: Psychosocial utilise social work theory and our ability to assess wider circumstances impacting a person’s presentation. We are also better equipped to meet participants where they are at while drawing on NDIS experience to recommend the best supports and services.

Our Values

When you choose to work with us, you're selecting a provider committed to excellence in everything we do. We want our clients to make the most of their NDIS funding. We value the trust you've placed in us by giving us the privilege of being your NDIS coordinators, social workers and sexuality counsellors. We honour that trust by providing effective, person-centred solutions, no matter how complex the requirements and expectations may be.

    Empathy

Through our own experiences, we understand the challenges faced when living with a disability. When our clients need someone to just be there and need to be heard - we are there, in it with them. We always try our best to see things from our client’s point of view. We treat our clients with dignity, care and respect. Our team cares deeply for one another, ensuring that everyone feels supported and cared for.
